Submitting Your Content For Sale The individual, company, group etc is responsible for ensuring that he/she, it is legally entitled to distribute and charge for any item that they sell through eroticxbooks.com. The individual, company, group etc acknowledge that they will be eligible for a royalty payment for each download that each unique user purchases their total content however, eroticxbooks.com will not be held liable for the number of times the content is illegally distributed by that same unique user purchaser. By uploading their content to eroticxbooks.com you/they are stating your acceptance of this Agreement and that you understand the terms governing how eroticxbooks.com distribute your content to purchasers.

Royalty payments will be paid to the content owner by the 20th day of the following month.
